| Shortly after your organization submits the 'Try For Free' form, your organization will receive an email that will provide the following directions -
Direct your organizations webmaster to place a URL that we will e-mail to you to a text link - 'Notices To Our Employees' at the bottom your website home page. The font size should be unobtrusive. A font size of #1 or #2 is fine. This text link will point to 'dedicated' URL that will enable your employees to submit their current contact information including an e-mail address to your organizations own 'registered' e-mail address. Your organization will then direct your employees to submit their current contact information by way of the following form.

Your employees will be able update their current contact information by entering their username/email address and password that the employees assign to themselves. Your organization will always receive an email copy of your employees current contact information whenever an employee submits the registration form. Your organization can also review all employee contact information as well as manage notices to your employees by way of a control panel that is accessed over the Internet.

Select Employee Last name and you can review detailed contact informatio. Select 'Message' and you can review a personal message that employee has submitted to you. Select 'E-mail' address and you can send a 'personal' message to the selected employee. You can right click on the text link - 'Download CSV of Employees' and you can download an ASCII, comma-delimited text file that contains contact information of all employees in the database. This file can be imported easily into numerous applications including Excel.

You will be able to send messages by way of e-mail to employees on a batch basis. By way of the 'pull down menu', you can email 'current' employees, 'former' employees, or 'all' employees. Your organizations 'registered' email address will automatically render in the 'from' e-mail address field. Enter a subject and your message and select send.

You can manage existing messages. Messages are time(CST) and date stamped. The most recent message will render at top of the list. If you wish to change the subject or text of an existing message, click 'Edit' for a selected message and make the change. Edited messages will be posted to your designated web page and will also be e-mailed to your employees. You can also delete an existing message as well.

Your 'Employee Information Center' webpage will also enable your employees to review all 'employee notices' that are currently available. Employee's will not need to access e-mail to view employee messages. Messages are time(CST) and date stamped. The most recent message will render at top of the list.

The employee will select a message 'subject' and the details of the message will render.
